Synopsis
The engineers of Enrich City have been asked to find junior engineers to construct towers for the new downtown layout. The mayor, Miss Matthews, is depending on them to complete this task with the given materials and time frame. You are those junior engineers charge with completing STEM task that will build Enrich City. Your tasks require that you design and construct structures and devices that will help the future of the city. You will be using 21st Century skills of collaborating, creating, critical thinking, and communicating. You must present your finished products to the mayor and the citizens. Each project has to follow certain guidelines and only can be constructed with the provided materials. Can you, the junior engineers succeeded at protecting Enrich City?

Tall Towers-How High Can You Build It?
Physical Build
The city is looking for a team of engineers to build a tower. You will be apart of one of the team of engineers given the challenge of building the tallest and stable tower you can build. Teams will have a choice on building the tower with 20 sheets of paper and will get 100 cm of tape. You do not need to use all the materials, but your tower must support the weight of a golf ball for two minutes. The golf ball must be supported near the top of the tower, with the bottom of the ball no more than 20% below the upper height of the tower. Can you do this?
Digital Build
Now that you have built your idea using the materials in the physical world, can you design it in the digital one? Using the website, Tinkercad, you will design a tower using the requirements listed below. Here is the class code for Tinkercad-O7Y6QYJZ. [email protected]
